Operations Director (BMS)
Fabulous opportunity for an Operations Director or Senior Operations Manager to work for a prestigious client who offer an excellent package and fantastic career progression.
The client are market leaders in the design, engineering, manufacture, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Building Management Control systems and panels.
This role will involve the management of the Project Management teams, Engineering teams and will report in to the MD. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience within the BMS Controls industry, excellent management experience as well as a hands on approach.
Will be required to Manage Team of 7 Project Managers and 20+ Commissioning Engineers
Client facing, needs strong relationship building and ability to manage client expectations
Commercially aware, good understanding of budgets/forecasting and P&L
Able to oversee and deliver projects on time and on budget
Needs to be a mix of office based and as required to be hands on as needed on various sites
Good understanding of BMS/Controls industry
Good people management skills and lead by example
Proven Track record of Managing Teams
Experience of delivering major/multiple projects
Good Technical background and knowledge
