The title of Contract Manager is slightly misleading as the role involves leading the full operational
team for the South Midlands, South East & Home Counties.
Project sizes are from £1m to £3m in such diverse areas as Data Centres, Scientific Laboratories,
Commercial Buildings, The Retail Sector and Educational Establishments.
Being from a BMS background is essential as you will have full P & L responsibility and be managing
and delivering the Projects from initial bid through the Commissioning process and handover.
Your man management skills will be put to the test as you will be responsible for the sub-contract
staff as well as your own in-house team.
The client uses an integrated delivery model and would like someone who is comfortable with this
type of system.
As this is a senior management role you will have to not only deal with the engineering staff at their
level you will also be required to deal directly with clients keeping them abreast of what is
happening on the Project in language they can understand.
